I won't write a long message, | I just have to say that l am 70 years old, and after 35 years of chronic back pain and hundreds of treatments, pills, and injections to alleviate my constant pain, with this wonderful back pillow, "MY CHRONIC PAIN IS GONE!" Sometimes I wake up thinking I need to turn over very carefully to avoid feeling pain, but then I realize that the intense pain is no longer there, it's gone. This lumber pillow has made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. The memory foam provides good support for the lower back and helps maintain better posture during long periods of sitting.

With almost 2 months of daily use, pain levels have decreased at least 60% and life is much better. I need at least 3 more months to realize fantastic results and avoid surgery... doctors are lined up to cut away and that will never happen now. Thanks Thelanay!!

I am extremely pleased with this lumbar pillow! From the moment I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement in my comfort while sitting for long periods. The pillow provides excellent lower back support and helps maintain proper posture whether I'm working at my desk, driving, or relaxing at home.
The material feels soft yet durable, and the cushion has just the right amount of firmness not too hard and not too soft. It keeps its shape well and doesn't flatten after extended use.
The shape is what makes it different. It's about 22.5 inches wide and 8.75 inches tall, but the thickness varies from roughly 2 inches in the centre to about 3.5 inches at the edges. That curve means it doesn't force my back into an aggressive arch like some supports do.

I've been dealing with lower back discomfort for months, especially after long days at my desk. Tried a few things, adjusted my chair, changed my posture, nothing really stuck. A friend suggested a lumbar pillow and I picked this one up on a whim. I've had it for less than a week and already I notice the difference.
The first thing I liked was the feel of the cover. The white side is soft and cottony, warm against my back, and the side is smooth and cool.
I have been dealing with low back pain and sciatic pain since 11/23. PT, meds, 3 cortisone injections (none lasted) back to Orthopedist who said I had " crushed vertebrae " and " maybe I should do surgery." NO THANK YOU! Back to PT for 8 weeks. Received this product 3 weeks ago. Used it everyday, along with stretching and I haven't felt this good in quite some time! So glad l ordered it!

I’ve been waking up stiff for years and assumed it was just “getting older.” Since using this massager, I actually feel way more refreshed and my movements are getting more and more free. Didn’t realize how much pain I was just tolerating until it went away. 8I have been suffering with sciatica for over 8 months. I really wanted to avoid the meds, the shots and definitely the surgery.
